Rain Water Harvest

Access to safe and clean water is fundamental to public health and the effective delivery of healthcare services. However, the growing impacts of climate change continue to worsen both water scarcity and water quality worldwide, with 27% of the global population still lacking access to safe drinking water as of 2022.

To address these challenges, our team partnered with RCSI of Ireland to develop an innovative UV-based water treatment technology designed to improve access to clean water in rural maternal health facilities.

The project is proudly supported by Research Ireland and the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).  Read More
